Original 1920 Pictures from the Building

While the exterior of the building looks shockingly similar to what it looked like upon completion of construction in 1920, the interior has received a complete renovation. While we have kept with the warmth of having real wood floors and trim, we have added many modern conveniences that make the building luxurious yet still maintain the old-world charm of its original design. We are replacing all of the windows, but they will be modern replicas of what was there. So, we will maintain the look of the building, but it will have maximum heating/cooling efficiency with the new windows. Once the apartments begin to take shape, we will post pictures as they are completed. We are very excited to share them with you.
